He has overseen the development and implementation of several bond referendums totaling over $150 million in various capital renovations and helped the highly regarded Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District achieve a AAA bond rating.
Frank has helped to give back to his profession by serving as a mentor to new Business Administrators and providing professional development at various workshops.
He is the Past President of the Bergen County Association of School Business Officials and the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials.

Frank holds a degree in Finance from Montclair State University, is a Qualified Purchasing Agent and has earned the highly prestigious Certified School Risk Manager Designation.
